This policy applies to the VPNMid marketing website and user panel, as well as data processing needed to provide cross-border network acceleration subscriptions. VPNMid uses data only as necessary to provide services, complete transactions and handle user requests. Account details are not combined with browsing activity to create personal browsing profiles.
Account Information and Purposes
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Account information is used to verify identity, manage subscriptions and handle service requests. Keep your login credentials secure, and do not send passwords or full subscription URLs in support tickets.
Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment result and refund information. They are used to deliver subscriptions, verify transactions and resolve billing disputes. Device platform details, error messages and issue descriptions submitted through support tickets are used only to handle the relevant request. Please redact personal information unrelated to the issue before submitting.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Records
VPNMid does not record which websites users visit through international routes, store browsing history, visited content or DNS queries, or retain connection logs that link an account to destination websites. This service does not create user-by-user lists of access times, destination addresses or browsing activity.
Subscription delivery requires processing account plan status and cumulative data usage. These metering data are used to manage data allowances and do not include details of websites visited. Real-time connection status while a route is operating is used only to maintain the connection and is not retained as a historical connection log after the connection ends. Diagnostic materials submitted by users are handled as service request information and should not include browsing content.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page views, entry-point clicks and page errors. They may include the page visited, access time, referring page, browser and device category. This information is used to improve the website and its workflows; it does not represent records of users accessing international websites through our routes.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login sessions, save language choices and retain essential interface preferences. Login credentials stored in your browser are sensitive information; do not share or copy them to others. You can clear local data by logging out and using your browser settings. You may need to log in again afterward, and preferences will be reset. Clearing browser data does not automatically delete your account or orders from our servers.
Third-Party Payments and Information Sharing
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by third parties. VPNMid uses the transaction identifier, amount and payment status needed to verify an order; we do not ask users to provide payment account passwords or wallet private keys.
Third-party payment pages and their data processing are subject to the relevant provider’s rules. Please review them before making a payment. VPNMid provides relevant information only as necessary to fulfill orders, process refunds, maintain the service or respond to valid legal requests. We do not sell account information.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained while the account is in use. Support ticket information is retained until the request has been handled and any necessary review is complete. Order and refund records are kept for as long as required to fulfill transactions, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal requirements. When the purpose has been fulfilled and retention is no longer necessary, the relevant information will be deleted or de-identified. We do not retain data indefinitely by default.
To access, correct or delete account information, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. We will need to verify account ownership before processing it. Deletion may affect login, subscription access and future services. If some records must be retained because of an outstanding transaction or legal obligation, we will explain why and limit their use to the relevant matter.
Policy Updates and Questions
If the purposes or scope of data processing, or user rights, change, VPNMid will update this page and revise the last-updated month at the top. We will notify users of material changes through the website or user panel. Where consent is legally required, processing will take place only after consent has been obtained.
