Reliable during peak hoursPerformance can vary even within the same locationChoose a route based on your actual use
120+ countries
Connection quality during peak hours depends on your local network, the route your traffic takes, and the destination website—not just the exit location. VPNMid offers IEPL dedicated lines, relayed routes, and direct routes to suit different needs. For everyday work, start with a familiar exit location and test it with real tasks such as video calls and document syncing. If the connection slows down, pause large background transfers, then compare other routes in the same location. Keeping a suitable backup for your current network makes it easier to identify the cause of an issue than switching between countries, and helps avoid interruptions while you work.
Military-grade encryptionProtecting traffic on public networksCheck your traffic route after connecting
Military-grade encryption
VPNMid describes its connection protection as military-grade encryption. When using the service, verify that the target app's traffic is actually going through your selected route rather than relying only on the client's connected status. On public networks, check the website address and secure-connection indicator when handling documents or signing in, and use a unique password. Connection protection does not replace the target website's account security measures or determine how third-party services handle data. Keep your subscription URL private; don't include it in public screenshots, shared documents, or group chats.
Unlimited devicesSwitch between computers and mobile devicesConfigure the client on each platform
Unlimited devices
VPNMid supports unlimited devices, making it easy to use the service across work and personal computers and mobile devices. Import the subscription in the appropriate client on each platform; a connection on one device doesn't mean the others are configured. Device limits and plan data allowances are separate: unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data, so check the allowance for your plan. After adding a device, confirm the subscription has updated and the route list has loaded, then test the target app. Remove saved subscription details from devices you no longer use.
Access to AI toolsExit location differs from account regionCheck the service's regional requirements first
Choose a route by region
Before accessing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, check the platform's current supported regions and account requirements, then choose a matching exit location. VPNMid provides international routes, but network connectivity does not guarantee eligibility for a third-party account. Try to use the same exit location consistently. If something goes wrong, distinguish between a page that won't load, a sign-in failure, and an account-permission notice rather than assuming every issue is the connection. For longer sessions with documents or conversations, test the features you rely on before starting important work to avoid disruptive route changes.
StreamingCatalog availability and playback rights differTest the platform you want to use
Check regional rules first
Streaming platforms determine which titles are available based on factors such as exit location, account subscription, and content rights. Loading the home page doesn't guarantee that a particular title will play. With VPNMid, choose a location that fits your viewing needs, then open a title and test playback. Video quality also depends on your local network, device decoding capabilities, and platform plan—not just the route name. If the page still shows the previous location, stop playback, reopen the app, and check your actual exit location. Route availability and catalog rules can change; results depend on what the platform shows at the time.
Refund policyKnow what's covered before payingCheck the terms for eligibility
60-day refund policy
VPNMid offers a 60-day refund policy. Before choosing a plan, read the full terms and understand the difference between monthly plan reset rules and data-pack usage. Once you start using the service, assess whether it suits your needs based on the websites you visit, devices you use, and actual network conditions—not just a single connection test. To ask about a refund, open a support ticket from the user panel and include the relevant order and details of your request. Eligibility is subject to the terms page. Keeping route troubleshooting and refund questions separate can help each issue get handled clearly.
This comparison is intended to help you weigh your options; it doesn't promise account eligibility or content access on third-party platforms. For the full setup process, start with the user manual. To connect first, see the setup guide.

Choose an exit location based on the website's requirements
International websites may have different regional requirements. Check whether the target website supports your account's region before choosing an exit location. For everyday work, it's best to stick with a familiar location. Geographic distance is only one factor; the actual route also depends on your local network and the destination service. If route names are similar, compare them using real tasks rather than assuming the location label determines performance.
Choose a route type based on performance
IEPL dedicated lines, relayed routes, and direct routes describe different network setups; they aren't a universal ranking of results for every website. Test the apps you use most with tasks such as signing in, loading documents, or streaming, then decide if the route meets your needs. If something goes wrong, change just one factor at a time—for example, keep the location the same and switch routes—to identify what made a difference. Check the user panel for the full list of cities and available routes.
Route status is for reference when choosing a route; it can't replace testing your local network and target app. After connecting, use IP lookup to check your exit location, then test a website you use regularly.

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription; subscription URLs aren't provided on marketing pages.
Get the client, then import your subscription
After signing in, you can get the client for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux; the iOS download link requires an active plan. In the user panel, first select the platform for your device, then follow the instructions to get the client. Installing the client and adding a subscription are separate steps. Once installation is complete, sign in to the panel to get and import your subscription. Wait for the route list to update before connecting.
Create an account with a username and password—no email required. Save your login details and keep your subscription information private. When installing the client on another device, check its configuration separately; copying a desktop shortcut doesn't complete the setup.
Test your apps after connecting
After choosing a route and connecting, check your exit location, then open the website or app you actually want to use. If your browser works but an app doesn't, check the client's traffic rules and the app's own proxy settings. If your subscription doesn't appear in the list, check the import result and any update prompts. Don't keep switching routes before setup is complete.
Follow the setup guide for the basic steps. For everyday maintenance, subscription updates, and advanced settings, see the subscription section of the manual. The guide and client download are separate so you can easily return to the instructions while setting things up.
Monthly plans and data packsChoose based on usage

Data packs last until used up and never expire. They're suited to irregular use when you want to plan tasks around your remaining data. Monthly plans and data packs differ in how they're billed and used, so don't compare them by total data alone. For regular use, start by estimating your monthly needs; for occasional use, consider the data-pack rules.
Estimate data needs from real tasks
Text conversations, web browsing, and continuous video streaming use data differently, so usage time alone isn't enough to choose a plan. Before deciding, list the apps you use regularly and check whether you have video calls, streaming, or file syncing. Once you start, use the usage shown in the panel to adjust your plan. Don't equate the number of devices with the amount of data you need. Unlimited devices make multi-device setup easier, but you should still account for all your usage.
Resets, upgrades, and payment
Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date, not on the first day of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days; check the amount shown in the panel before proceeding. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. After placing an order, follow the payment instructions shown in the panel, then check the order status. For order or refund questions, submit a support ticket through the panel.
Common questions before getting startedAccounts, connections, and refunds
Check account requirements and billing rules first, then test your connection with the tasks you actually need. See the help center for more details.
Do I need an email address to create an account?
No email is required. Create an account with a username and password. In the user panel, you can view plans, client downloads, and order details. Save your login information, and avoid sharing screenshots of your account page publicly—especially sections that show subscription details.
Signing in to your account and connecting to a route are separate steps. Signing in to the panel lets you manage your account; accessing a website also requires getting your subscription, importing it into a client, and choosing a route. If you're not sure what to do next, follow the setup guide in order rather than searching across multiple pages.
Does unlimited devices mean unlimited data?
Devices are unlimited, but data is still limited by your plan. Monthly plans include 60GB, 250GB, or 500GB and reset each month on the activation date. Data packs last until used up and never expire. Device limits, data allowances, and reset schedules are separate.
Even after setting up both computers and mobile devices, keep an eye on data-heavy tasks such as video streaming and large file syncs. Choose a plan based on the usage shown in the panel and your everyday needs. Adding a device doesn't automatically mean you need a higher tier, but unlimited devices doesn't mean you can ignore your remaining data in every situation.
The client says I'm connected. How can I check that it's working?
Use IP lookup to check your current exit location, then test the specific features you need in the target app. The client's connection status only confirms the connection step; it doesn't prove that every app is using the route. Browsers, desktop apps, and system services may follow different rules.
If only one app is affected, check the traffic rules and app settings first. If multiple websites won't load, check your local network and route selection. Change one thing at a time, keeping other conditions the same. Changing your network, exit location, and app settings all at once makes it hard to tell what fixed the issue.
Which payment methods are supported, and what's the refund policy?
VPNMid supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT and offers a 60-day refund policy. Before paying, check the plan page for prices, data allowances, and billing terms. Read the terms of service for refund eligibility. After payment, confirm the result in the orders and plan status shown in the user panel.
For help, submit a support ticket from the user panel with the relevant order details and a clear description of your request. Don't share payment receipts or subscription details publicly. For connection issues, include the platform you're using, the selected location, and what happened to help distinguish account, client configuration, and network problems.
How should I choose routes for AI tools and streaming?
Check which locations the target platform supports, then choose a matching exit location. AI tools may also check account eligibility, while streaming depends on catalog rights, your account plan, and your device. A working connection is only one factor; it doesn't guarantee access to every third-party service feature.
For everyday use, stick with a suitable location where possible. If you see a notice, read it carefully and distinguish regional, account, and network issues. Test playback of the specific title you want to watch, and try the AI tool features you use rather than judging by whether the home page loads. For more guidance, see the AI tools topic and troubleshooting articles.
